For over 20 years, chef Kuni Sato has been a major figure in the Buffalo dining scene.  His restaurant, Kuni's is an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant; a cozy intimate place where customers can sit at a table or at the sushi bar.  Kuni's is located in the hip, historic Elmwood Village district.

Kuni's is nirvana for those seeking the best sushi in Western New York.  The menu features a variety of traditional sashimi, sushi, combination platters and fusion creations such as Cajun Tuna and Sashimi 21.
